Underground - No Thank You.

I'm not particularly fond of confined spaces.

Which is why, when I do eventually shift off this mortal coil, I will not be one bit impressed if they decide to put me in a box. Against my wishes. And then put me under the earth. To provide fodder for the worms.

No, not one bit happy.

Being a permanently chilly individual, I quite fancy the heat of a fire.

Sort of an initiation, you might say.

I'm with you Rise....no underground for me. I refuse to go through tunnels, enter lifts. I am sure you know the feeling.

Watch out for the fella with the horns.....

Ah, Rise. I don't imagine it will be an initiation. No fellow with horns for you.

I'm with you, though. While I don't like the idea of fire, it's at least cleansing and tidy and the end result doesn't take up much space. If my remains are going to disintegrate anyhow, why not get down to it and use them to nourish the Earth?

We'll all be in good company. Maybe hot flashes are just a sign of what's to come!

I don't greatly care what happens to me once I am just a 93kg lump of meat. I would like to think that any bits that are still useful are given to those who can use them better than I can, the rest can go to the worms.

I feel it would be hypocritical to argue against global warming and then spend the rest of my 'existence' as green house gases!
