Aw, shucks! Shall not get to see him here in Kent, UK. All tickets sold at the "O" centre, or all bought up by touts. Guess it might be the last time too. I have enjoyed the sublime Leonard since before he was "fashionable" (about 1976). My favourites? "The Swan" and "Joan of Arc" I guess, but very hard to single them out. I have all his poetry (his first love, but he took to singing to make some money) and all his semi-autobiographical books - which give more sense of some of the songs.
I have been fortunate enough to hear him perform twice. Stellar evenings, both. I'm thrilled he's performing once more, and hope he comes nearby. He is just wonderful!

Glad you had a great time, but blast! I can't see anything where the picture should be!
After I left that comment I fiddled a bit and saw the u-tube. He does sound very mellow.......
I don't think I've ever heard him before. Very nice!

P.S
I have posted a recommendation for visits to your blog for this post (no - I don't want commission)
I adore the man's poetry, also his music.
I came late, to bid you Happy Birthday.
Hugs Rise.
